Ocean News Network Radio, Inc. and Ocean Ocean News Network, Ocean News Network Caribbean (collectively, “Ocean Publications”) offer  several publications and products websites, other media, and affiliates.  Through these, subscribers can engage in various activities like entering, subscribe to one of our services, such as newsletters or blogs; or participate in polls, surveys, in one of our online forums or communities. Your personally identifiable information may be required to engage in these activities as well as to receive products and services that you may have requested. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected at these pages and elsewhere include, but are not limited to: name, address, gender, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, and credit or debit card information.

How We Use the Information

Ocean News Network Radio may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of its Covered Sites, and Affiliates, including the Ocean News Network; Ocean News Network Caribbean websites, and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request, to respond to inquiries about offers and to offer other products, programs or services that may be of interest.  At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information to inform you of other possible products and/or services that may be available to you from ONN Radio, its Covered Sites, and Affiliates, including ONN. Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.  Inadvertent disclosures may result, for example, when third parties misrepresent their identities in asking the site for access to personally identifiable information about themselves for purposes of correcting possible factual errors in the data.

Security

Ocean News Network Radio shall endeavor and shall take every precaution to maintain adequate physical, procedural and technical security with respect to its offices and information storage facilities so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of the user’s personal information under our control.

The company also uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for authentication and private communications in an effort to build users’ trust and confidence in the internet and website use by providing simple and secure access and communication of credit card and personal information.
